Duties and Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of HubSpot solutions to prospective clients.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering solutions that align with their goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, trends in digital marketing, and CRM solutions to effectively communicate the benefits to clients.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product and service teams and prepare sales reports for management.
Experience and qualifications
The right candidate will have the following attributes:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the software, digital marketing, or CRM industry. Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective sales strategies.
- Highly motivated individual with a drive for success and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology and the ability to demo software solutions effectively. Familiarity with HubSpot’s suite of products is a plus.
